About the Role You’ll be the bridge between development and operations, helping us ship software faster and more reliably. This role is hands-on: automating pipelines, managing infrastructure, and removing friction wherever it slows the team down.
What You’ll Do
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines to streamline deployments
- Manage and scale infrastructure using tools like Docker, Kubernetes, and Terraform
- Monitor system health and lead incident response when issues arise
- Automate repetitive operational tasks to improve team velocity
- Collaborate with development teams to improve deployment practices
What You’ll Need
- 3+ years of experience in a DevOps, SRE, or infrastructure role
- Proficiency with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and IaC tools (Terraform, Ansible)
- Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or similar)
- Coding ability in at least one language (Python, Go, or similar)
Strong troubleshooting skills and a bias toward automation
