About the Role

We are looking for a driven and results-oriented Marketing & Sales Executive to promote and sell our rack systems (storage racks, warehouse racking, display racks, etc.) to industrial, retail, and commercial clients. The ideal candidate will generate leads, build strong client relationships, and drive revenue growth while representing our brand in the market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities for rack systems across target industries (warehousing, retail, manufacturing, e-commerce, etc.)
  • Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, networking, site visits, and digital channels
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, dealers, and distributors
  • Prepare and deliver product presentations, proposals, and quotations to prospective clients
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and close sales to meet or exceed monthly/quarterly targets
  • Plan and execute marketing activities — digital campaigns, social media, exhibitions, and promotional material
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities
  • Coordinate with the design/production team to ensure client requirements are accurately communicated
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activity, pipeline, and client interactions in CRM
  • Provide after-sales support and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 2–5 years of experience in B2B sales/marketing, preferably in racking, storage solutions, steel fabrication, or industrial products
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage own pipeline
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits
  • Valid driver's license (if applicable)

Preferred Skills

  • Existing network of contacts in warehousing, logistics, or retail sectors
  • Basic understanding of rack/storage system specifications and industrial applications
  • Experience with digital marketing (LinkedIn, Google Ads, social media) is a plus

About the Role

DPCS Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Supervisor to lead store, inventory, and material management operations at our Pune facility. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with ERP/SAP-based procurement and inventory processes, strong vendor coordination skills, and the ability to manage a small team to ensure smooth goods receipt, stock control, and dispatch operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise day-to-day store and warehouse operations including receipt, storage, and dispatch of materials.
  • Oversee Purchase Requisition (PR) to Purchase Order (PO) cycle and ensure timely processing in the ERP/SAP system.
  • Monitor and approve Goods Receipt (GRN/MIGO) entries, ensuring accuracy of quantities and documentation.
  • Review Invoice Verification (MIRO) and coordinate with the accounts team for timely vendor payments.
  • Maintain and audit Material Master and Vendor Master data for accuracy and completeness.

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Strong working knowledge of SAP ECC 6.0 (MM Module) or similar ERP systems (Odoo, Creative ERP, etc.).
  • Sound understanding of stock and non-stock procurement, inventory control, and store management processes.
  • Good vendor coordination, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
  • Ability to lead and supervise a small team of store staff.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and data entry.
  • Good communication skills in Hindi, Marathi, and basic English.
  • Proficiency in MS Windows and basic MS Office applications.

Qualification

  • Graduate in any discipline
  • SAP MM Certification will be an added advantage.

Experience

  • 3 to 6 years of relevant experience in stores, inventory, or material management, preferably in a manufacturing/engineering environment.
