About the Role

We are looking for a driven and results-oriented Marketing & Sales Executive to promote and sell our rack systems (storage racks, warehouse racking, display racks, etc.) to industrial, retail, and commercial clients. The ideal candidate will generate leads, build strong client relationships, and drive revenue growth while representing our brand in the market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities for rack systems across target industries (warehousing, retail, manufacturing, e-commerce, etc.)
  • Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, networking, site visits, and digital channels
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, dealers, and distributors
  • Prepare and deliver product presentations, proposals, and quotations to prospective clients
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and close sales to meet or exceed monthly/quarterly targets
  • Plan and execute marketing activities — digital campaigns, social media, exhibitions, and promotional material
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities
  • Coordinate with the design/production team to ensure client requirements are accurately communicated
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activity, pipeline, and client interactions in CRM
  • Provide after-sales support and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 2–5 years of experience in B2B sales/marketing, preferably in racking, storage solutions, steel fabrication, or industrial products
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage own pipeline
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits
  • Valid driver’s license (if applicable)

Preferred Skills

  • Existing network of contacts in warehousing, logistics, or retail sectors
  • Basic understanding of rack/storage system specifications and industrial applications
  • Experience with digital marketing (LinkedIn, Google Ads, social media) is a plus
