Job Description
We are a fast-growing IT staffing & solutions company looking for a Senior BD Executive / Lead to drive new client acquisition and revenue growth in the Indian market. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience selling IT staffing, contract staffing, and C2H solutions to enterprise clients.
Key Responsibilities
• Generate new business for IT staffing, contract staffing, C2H, and project-based resourcing solutions across India.
• Build pipeline via cold calling, LinkedIn, networking, referrals, and RFP/RFI responses.
• Own the full sales cycle – prospecting, client pitches, proposals, negotiation, and deal closure.
• Get empaneled as a preferred staffing vendor with mid-size and large enterprises, IT/ITES companies, and System Integrators.
• Negotiate rate cards, markups, and contractual terms (MSA/SOW) in line with profitability targets.
• Build strong relationships with HR/TA, Procurement, and Delivery stakeholders.
• Coordinate with internal recruitment/delivery teams to ensure timely fulfilment of client requirements.
• Track competitor activity, market trends, and pricing benchmarks.
• Achieve monthly/quarterly revenue and client-acquisition targets.
• Maintain pipeline and reporting in CRM.
Requirements
• 6-8 years total experience, with 4-5+ years in IT staffing / contract staffing sales in India.
• Proven record of client acquisition and revenue generation in a staffing/recruitment business.
• Strong understanding of staffing models: C2H, C2C, permanent hiring, project staffing.
• Existing network of HR/TA and procurement contacts in IT/ITES, BFSI, or GCCs preferred.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Strong commercial acumen with rate cards, margins, and contracts.
• Self-starter, target-driven, comfortable in a growing/startup environment.
